Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011งานเขียนแบบบ้าน ถือว่ามีความสำคัญสำหรับช่างทุกช่าง ซึ่งจะต้องมีการออกแบบ เขียนแบบทุกครั้งที่จะทำการผลิตชิ้นงานออกมา จึงพูดได้ว่างานเขียนแบบเป็นหัวใจของช่างทุกชนิด ในสมัยโบราณการเขียนแบบไม่เจริญเหมือนสมัยนี้ แต่ช่างพยายามถ่ายทอดความคิดลงในแผ่นหิน โดยมิได้แยกชิ้นส่วนให้เห็นชัด ตามชนบทเมื่อมีการปลูกสร้างบ้านก็มีการเขียนแบบแปลนบ้านตามพื้นดินในบริเวณปลูกสร้าง ซึ่งจะดีกว่าที่จะทำโดยไม่มีแบบแผนเลย
ฉะนั้นการเขียนแบบก็เป็นวิชาหนึ่ง ซึ่งใช้กันในงานอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก เพื่อแสดงรูปร่างและลักษณะของสิ่งที่ต้องการผลิตออกมา วิชาเขียนแบบเป็นวิชาที่ไม่มีคำอธิบายบอกรูปลักษณะ และขนาดของสิ่งของ แต่วิชาเขียนแบบเป็นการแสดงให้เห็นภาพอย่างแจ่มชัด ทั้งลักษณะรูปร่าง ขนาด ทุกส่วนอยู่แล้ว ดังนั้นการเขียนแบบเป็นสิ่งที่จะขาดไม่ได้ในงานช่างและงานสร้างสรรค์
การเขียนแบบ (mechanical drawing) คือ การเขียนที่แสดงเป็นภาพ รูปร่าง สัญลักษณ์ และรายละเอียดของแบบที่ออกไว้ เพื่อให้นำไปสร้างเป็นของจริงได้ ก่อนที่จะเริ่มเขียนแบบ เราควรจะต้องมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ในสำหรับเขียนแบบ และวิธีใช้ให้ดี เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานเรียบร้อยรวดเร็ว ประหยัดเวลาในการทำงาน ตลอดจนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือเขียนแบบให้มีสภาพดีอยู่ได้นาน
การใช้เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์การเขียนแบบ
เครื่องมือเขียนแบบและหน้าที่วิธีการใช้ มีดังนี้ โต๊ะเขียนแบบ หรือกระดานเขียนแบบ ( Drawing Board ), กระดาษเขียนแบบ มีทั้งขนาดความหนา 80 ปอนด์ ถึง 100 ปอนด์ เป็นชนิดไม่มีเส้นขนาดความกว้างความยาว แล้วแต่จะต้องการเขียนหรือต้องการใช้ , ไม้ฉากรูปตัวที (T-square)มีลักษณะคล้ายรูปตัว T, ดินสอเขียนแบบ (drawing pencil), ไม้ฉากสามเหลี่ยมเป็นชุด (set-square), ไม้บรรทัดสเกลแบบสามเหลี่ยม (scale), วงเวียน (compass), บรรทัดโค้ง ( Irregular Curves ) เป็นต้น
การเขียนแบบมีด้วยกันหลายอย่าง แต่ถ้าจะแบ่งอกตามลักษณะของงานแล้วสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ
1. การเขียนแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรม ได้แก่ การเขียนแบบทางการก่อสร้างอาคารสถานที่ต่างๆ เช่น การเขียนแบบโครงสร้าง การเขียนแบบแผนที่ การเขียนแบบช่างสำรวจ เป็นต้น
2. การเขียนแบบทางวิศวกรรม ได้แก่ การเขียนแบบเครื่องจักรกลต่างๆ เช่น การเขียนแบบเครื่องกล การเขียนแบบโลหะแผ่น การเขียนแบบไฟฟ้า การเขียนแบบช่างกลโรงงาน การเขียนแบบเครื่องเรือน เป็นต้น
ชนิดของแบบ แบบทั้งสองประเภทนั้นจะเขียนเป็นภาพหรือใช้เป็นสัญลักษณ์ก็ได้ สามารถเขียนได้ 3 วิธีคือ
1. การเขียนแบบภาพ (Pictorial Drawing) ได้แก่ การเขียนแบบที่เป็นรูป 3 มิติ มองดูเหมือนของจริงแบบถ่ายภาพ ใช้สำหรับเขียนประกอบเพื่อให้ดูเข้าใจง่าย ผู้ที่ไม่มีความรู้ในการเขียนแบบก็สามารถดูและเข้าใจ แต่ไม่เหมาะที่จะใช้สำหรับสร้างชิ้นงานที่มีความสลับซับซ้อน การเขียนภาพมี 3 แบบด้วยกันคือ
1.1 แบบ Oblique เป็นแบบภาพ 3 มิติที่มองเห็นรูปร่างลักษณะเหมือนของจริง ด้านหน้าเป็นแนวตรงเป็นมุมฉากเหมือนภาพฉาย สามารถจัดขนาดได้ ส่วนด้านลึกจะทำมุมต่างกันกับเส้นระดับ มุมที่ใช้มักจะใช้มุม 45 องศา
1.2 แบบ Isometric เป็นแบบภาพ 3 มิติมองเห็นรูปร่างลักษณะเหมือนของจริงแนวแกนกลางจะตั้งตรง ส่วนด้านหน้าและด้านข้างจะทำมุม 30 องศากับเส้นระดับ
1.3 แบบ Perspective เป็นแบบรูป 3 มิติเหมือนรูปถ่าย ใช้เขียนประกอบเพื่อแสดงแบบเหมือนของจริง แบบ Perspective มีด้วยกัน 3 ชนิดคือ
2. แบบใช้งาน (Working Drawing) เป็นแบบที่ใช้เขียนในงานผลิตทุกชนิดเพราะแบบใช้งานที่ได้แสดงรายละเอียดของด้านต่างๆไว้อย่างชัดเจนและถูกต้อง แบบใช้งาน ได้แก่
2.1 แบบฉาย เป็นแบบภาพ 2 มิติ ตามแนวตรงเป็นมุมฉากแสดงรายละเอียดของด้านต่างๆเช่น ด้านหน้า ด้านบน ด้านข้าง ด้านหลัง เป็นต้น การแสดงรายละเอียดนั้นต้องมีอย่างน้อยไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ด้าน การแสดงแบบภาพฉายมีดังนี้
- ภาพแสดงด้านต่างแบบเต็มขนาดคือ ขนาดเท่าของจริงหรือจะใช้
- มาตราส่วนย่อหรือขยายก็ได้แต่ต้องบอกไว้อย่างชัดเจน
- มีตัวเลขหรือตัวอักษรประกอบเพื่อให้ทราบรายละเอียดต่างๆ
- มีรายการวัสดุที่ใช้โดยละเอียด
แบบภาพฉายนี้ถ้าเป็นงานที่มีรายละเอียดหรือสลับซับซ้อนมากอาจจะเขียนภาพตัดหรือแบบขยายภาพละเอียดประกอบเพิ่มเติมก็ได้

Quartz v. Mechanical. You may have heard the terms “quartz” watch and “mechanical” or “automatic” watch, but don’t really know what is the difference, or which is better. A quartz watch is simply an electronic watch, usually powered by a battery, although some are solar, and others are powered by kinetic enery. A good quality quartz watch is extremely accurate and reliable. They are also relatively less expensive than mechanical watches. The only maintenance they require is an occasional battery change. A quartz watch is the best choice for most people who just want an inexpensive, reliable watch to tell the time.

Mr. Levitt grew very angry when he tried to decipher how particular mutual funds divvied their money into specific actions. In 1993, the public spent $ 1.6 trillion in over 3,800 mutual funds that existed in that year; talk about growth! At the end of February 2003, at the end of the bear market there were 8,200 mutual funds and the public had pumped $ 6.3 trillion dollars. Wow! That’s a lot of money. What is important to note is that at least 40% of money in mutual funds comes from the 401 (k) retirement accounts. Today these funds own about 20% of all shares listed on the stock exchange of shares. Mutual funds act as a herd of cows, buy and sell the same stocks at the same time. This increases the wild price volatility swings in the stock market. These funds are also sold and managed framework of pure short-term trading, and with key information withheld from the public. All these factors I teach finance students and investors to avoid! The industry confuses investors by focusing on past performance, which should not be a factor to consider. Many mutual funds are able to deceive the public with excessive fees because investors do not understand how these costs destroy their great profit. Mutual Funds have no interest in educating investors because it is easier to deceive the ignorant! Do not put your trust in mutual funds unless they are fully indexed. Indexing means that the mutual fund simply uses a computer to buy and sell stocks in the portfolio of mutual funds in order to imitate the composition of an important indicator of the stock market, such as the S & P 500. This means that there is no fund manager sucking unnecessary taxes. A good example is the first index fund called the Vanguard mutual totally 500 (VFINX) which is also now the largest of its kind.
